Late in life diagnosis for adults can be devastating, empowering and always enlightening. We are dedicated to supporting ADHD Adults embrace the spicy brain and leverage their powers. We go beyond skills training and support you to find a peace with your life history. 

The team is all people with lived experience of late in life diagnosis. All qualified in psychology and coaching with varying additional modalities all work from a foundation of evidence backed strategies.

We offer 1 on 1 and Group coaching sessions. We also hold bi annual retreats for our clients to integrate their life experiences with their diagnosis and forge a new path that leverages their powers and passions.
